Rates: 

  • Standard Rate: Our standard on-demand rate starts at $40 per hour.

  • $2 per hour for each additional child

  • Holiday Rate: x2 our standard hourly rate per child

    • Major Holidays Include: New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Memorial Day, Easter, Presidents’ Day.

 

*All other services (full-time, live-in, events, camps) are custom-priced based on program design.

Booking Policies:

  • All bookings require a 4-hour minimum.

  • Hourly minimums cannot be waived for any reason.

  • Hourly Sitter Fees are paid directly to Adventure Sitters.

  • Families are responsible for sitter parking fees and fees for extra activities.

  • Agency fees are charged to your credit card on file at the time of booking.

  • 5 or more children will require a second sitter.

  • ​One time registration fee of $100. (Yearly registration)

Cancellation Policies:

  • Adventure sitters has a strict 48-hour cancellation/change policy.

  • We cannot waive our cancellation fee for any reason (including but not limited to canceled flights, illness, or unforeseen events).

  • If cancellation occurs within the cancellation period, a $160 cancellation fee will be charged.

  • Cancellations outside of the 48-hour policy will be charged a $20 cancellation fee for each matched booking.

Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only once:

  • We have reviewed your request,

  • A care specialist has been assigned, and

  • You have received a confirmation email or message from the agency.
